Spencer Coan

Spencer has worked in commercial real estate for over 15 years, specializing in acquisitions and investment sales. Before co-founding Unreal Capital and joining AL&I, Spencer was a Senior Vice President at SK Commercial Realty, where he created the Investment Sales division of the firm. Prior to that, Spencer was Vice President and Senior Analyst at Ackerman & Co., after beginning his career as an Acquisitions Analyst at Levy Affiliated Holdings in Santa Monica.

Throughout his career, Spencer has underwritten $2+ billion in commercial real estate assets, helping to transact over 3 million square feet of commercial property. Over the past decade, Spencer has assisted with the acquisition and/or sale of over $500 million of commercial property across the United States.
