We are pleased to announce the recent closing of the sale of 1534 N Decatur Rd, Atlanta, GA 30307. Constructed in 1965, the building sold to Claibourne Darden Jr. in 1978. Mr. Darden operated his eponymous research corporation from the building. In addition to survey and research work for Coca-Cola and bank mergers, Darden Research Corporation famously called the 1980 presidential election within eight-tenths of a percentage point. The building’s newest chapter is being written by Matt Stoddard who leads The Stoddard Firm, a law firm known for its small case load and large wins for persons involved in serious personal injuries. Matt and his wife Dr. Carrie Porter intend to remodel the building for use as his firm’s law offices and for her veterinary medicine practice: Veterinary Acupuncture of Atlanta.
