I missed this article about Ponce City Market in the Wall Street Journal last year…perhaps you did too. I especially like the end of the article where the author compares rental rates at PCM to those of Atlanta overall…a swift reminder of Atlantans’ out-with-the-old, in-with-the new tendency. PCM has landed some of the largest Atlanta office space deals in recent memory. It would be interesting to see a list of all the vacancies created in their wake. Food for another post.
