Tour Notes: Back in January, Atlanta Leasing had an opportunity to complete a lease deal for Wash Me Fast. Jim Dudley recently acquired the previous Sky Express car wash in Roswell, which many people in the area dubbed “The Futuristic Car Wash.” A few years ago when Sky Express was in business I regularly witnessed the place being packed. It is assumable that with a long and sluggish economy, people traded in the car wash for a garden hose and bucket of soap. This eventually caused Sky Express to turn off the water pumps. Fortunately with the economy back on the rise this building will hopefully receive another chance to reach its potential. Not to mention the eye grabbing Ferrari & Maserati dealership is directly next door and business there seems to be flourishing. Hopefully Ferrari’s presence and a new business plan can lure more car enthusiasts back into the new “Wash Me Fast” parking lot soon.
