Overall, we love this project. Plenty of natural light, large exposed brick walls and awesome roof top deck. The only negative is tight parking but welcome to Midtown!
Arguably one of the best features of the space could be that it’s next to the Ponce City Market and the Old 4th Ward Park. The Ponce City Market is breathing fresh air into the 1.1 million square foot old historic Sears, Roebuck & Company building.
This will create a combined 330,000 square feet space for retail and restaurants, and 475,000 square feet for office and residential space.
Right across the street is the beautifully designed 17- acre Historic Fourth Ward Public Park in the middle of the Old Fourth neighborhood and next to the Atlanta Beltline.
